As a born and raised Alaskan and avid outdoorswoman, I have always been passionate about staying active and exploring nature. Growing up, I was heavily involved in sports, which often led to injuries that challenged my physical well-being. My journey to recovery introduced me to Rolfing, a practice that not only helped me heal but also transformed how I understood the body and movement.
Inspired by the profound impact Rolfing had on my health, I pursued a career as a Rolfer, driven by a desire to help others experience the same benefits. I graduated from the Rolf Institute of Structural Integration in 2013. To deepen my understanding of the human body and physical performance, I went on to earn a Bachelor of Exercise Science from Eastern Oregon University. Today, as a certified Rolfer and Exercise Physiologist, I am dedicated to guiding my clients toward greater alignment, balance, and overall well-being.
